Mixed green salad surrounded by prawn tails and served with an orange butter sauce

Pan fried veg, placed in between puff pastry and covered in one of the above sauces

Risotto
Tomato, mushrooms, lemon and parmesan, topped with a mixed green salad

Soup - what ever makes you happy
- Tom Yum, lemon grass, ginger, vermecilli noodles, prawns
- Roasted red pepper
- Prawn and lemon grass
- Creamy mushroom soup

Deep fried cheese
Your choice of cheese served on a cranberry jam and a small salad.
Cheese crumbed in breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and or poppy seeds, (deep fryer needed if above 4 people)

Herbed couscous and chickpea salad with sun dried tomatoes
Rocket, parsley, basil

MAIN COURSES:

Beef fillet set on wild mushrooms, roast potatoes and served with a parmesan and black pepper sauce

Peppered beef with pumpkin mush and caremelised onion

Tuna
(if available or any fish that you would like) set on butternut puree, surrounded by a cracked hazelnut butter and topped with a small salad

Tuna
(if available) set on mushrooms and spring onions and surrounded with apricot sauce

Line fish
(your choice) set on Ratatouille, surrounded with a garlic froth and a tomato and chilli swirl

Tomato, mushroom, lemon and parmesan

Vegetarian tower main
Covered with a herb butter or a red pepper couli

Prawns
pan fried with garlic and chilli, steamed mussels all placed in between puff pastry and topped with rocket and a herb butter

Spiced pork
With wilted greens and wild rice

Morrocan Lamb
With sun dried tomato Cous cous

Salmon
Seared and served with asparagus and a chardonnay cream sauce
