With today’s business environment calling on a more demanding lifestyle from many businessmen and women, an important ingredient to operating on an efficient level is to maintain the correct intake of quality food. Catering on call, in short can thus be seen as the answer to relieving the pressures of cooking for many individuals and families that are faced with this extremely demanding life style. To relieve this pressure a young, funky chef by the name of Zain Muller has come up with the idea to offer many people a private five star chefing, catering and bartendering experience all in the comfort of their home. In the words of the chef,” My aim is for my clients to relax and enjoy a five star cooking experience and not have to be faced with the burden of having to provide their own meals after a demanding work day.”

Zain achieved his Cordon Bleu Grande Diploma, he studied at the well known cookery school Silwood Kitchens in Rondebosch for 3 years(2003-2006). Since then he has been cooking for many families at their primary residence, while also doing snacks for functions as well as being a private chef for tourists.

He has worked in many Top Restuarants in Cape town including La Colombe Restaurant in Constania Uitsig for a year under the head Chef Frank Dangeraux, while other restaurants include: Blues in Camps Bay, Olympia bakery Kalk Bay, Kelvin Grove in newlands and Silwood Catering

Zain has also received a small business management diploma through Damelin as well as a professional bar tenders level one course.

He loves cooking and meeting people while most importantly providing people with a more relaxed and healthy after work lifestyle.
